Personally wouldnt touch them as customs will slap you for some silly amount or parcelfarce will

Customs 'should' be the same wherever you buy from.

yea my only concern is buying some nice stuff for half the price then paying double due to customs

i've always been charged a flat rate of £30, including both VAT and handling

also is it legal to ship in mags and shells from abroad?

I've had through UPS before, tax amount varies on what kind of thing you're buying, 1 example:

Tax was £20 (on a £90 spend) and £10 was UPS' fee for being so kind as to initially pay the £20 for me. Total in money I didn't want to spend = £30.

Yea although ive never been hit either but i keep my spending to soft items

Nearly 50 quid including postage but it was all molle gear so Soft items
