Tm Sig P226 Mag Valve Is Sticky. Any Clue How to Fix?

I wonder if anyone can help?

I sold 3 old TM mags and one has come back saying that the valve is sticking. 

How would one go about sorting this issue?

Clean it, lube it ?

And also check the spring, could be broken.
