TM high capa and green gas

Hello,

I have just bought a TM high capa 4.3 (waiting for it to be two tones)and was wondering if it would be safe to use with WE nuprol green gas as I have heard mixed messages.

Short answer yes and no

Long answer yes you can, but typically tm (plastic slide) pistols don't like green gas as its abit powerful for them, usually it's the mags that suffer the most though as there not designed for its increased pressure. That said during cold months green gas is fine.

I would, hicapa parts are cheap and easy to find should anything break. Hicapas tend to be fine on green anyway, it's only the newer tm stuff that tends to break on green (although the m&p has lasted very well). I'd use propane over nuprol though that's for sure
