TM and WE Glock slide stop spring

Can't find a replacement slide stop lever spring for a TM Glock 19 gen 3.

WE G 17 equivalents are available. Can anyone tell me if the WE and Marui springs are compatible. 

And if I wanted to install a reinforced hammer spring to prevent light strikes, could you please advise me which are the most suitable.

I tend to like 120% but I suppose 140% might be OK.
