TM AA12

Recently my AA12 has died and thinking about converting to HPA. 
Anyone know how to do this and what I will need?

It has a custom gearbox with a triple barrel everything, I doubt it’s gonna be easy.

If it’s straightforward, somebody will have built a kit.

Whats up with your AA-12? I bought parts for my old one from kaiguys
