If you're talking about those £14 ones, I would strongly advise against it. A springer pistol (one cock, one shot) will not get you anywhere far. Most spring pistols are made for backyard shooting, not an airsoft skirmish. They have bad range and a poor rate of fire if you end up needing to do a follow up shot. Trust me, I've done this and I regret it.

a guy with two springers complained no one takes their hits.. I told him to shot me, 5 meter or so.. could hardly feel I got hit.
