Has anyone heard of or been to this site?

I just got sent a link via email in reply to a post I put on a YouTube video absolutely ages ago and it turns out this site is practically on my doorstep and it sounds utterly awesome.

I've emailed the site admin to get more info because parts of the site are under construction, I was just wondering if any of you guys had been and if you could give me a bit more information.

Such as: HOW DO I SIGN UP!?!?!
