Having broken my arm and thus not being able to play airsoft, playstation or anything else for a few months I've decided to give 40k another go, haven't done any for 6-7 years so I'm assuming a lot has changed so will have to read up a bit on everything before getting started again.

Dug out soome of my old stuff to give me some motivation and thought I'd share, sold most of it off but have the odd thing or two left.

Apologies for the terribleness of the photos but the blurriness might hide some rough edges

i have what they call moroncouldnotpaintabarndoorifhetried syndrome

bad wrist + poor eye sight = blob models..ok not that bad but i really cant paint haha i see my self as more a tactician more than a painter

Not including the 70+ horde of orcs im working through atm, my latest warband is attached.

I really dont like GW's Black Numenorians so I converted some instead.

I have a talent for painting them quick and making them half decent but I am not a particularly good painter.

Picked up a set of these today, something I can mess around with and have a bit of a practice on etc. Will post up anything decent over the weekend.

Went with Dark Angels because I've got the odd guy or two already and because they have robes. Robes are cool.

LoL they are indeed cool

sigh i keep planning on my own legion/chapter

which would be a mix of blood angels/dark angels with a nice turqoise paint scheme

Well, I didn't go to the beach in the end because I need quite a bit and I didn't really think it was fair me doing that, so just got some from the builders merchants.
