Seeing as the only available TDC hop up for automatic guns that I'm aware of is not cheap and has to be imported from Canada, I thought I'd have a go at making my own.
The base hop unit is from AirsoftPro, and is quite clever, but completely useless for R hopped barrels. So I've made a solid, concave nub that houses a tiny piece of urethane for some 'give', capped with a captive bar that the cam on the adjusting ring bears on.
