is it ok to store mid-caps fully loaded between skirmishes or does this cause too much tension and weaken springs ?, ta.

Would it be better to load them like 5 min before the skirmish and then store them in a vest or something or simply just empty them out and if empty take out speedloader and BB's and load it? if so wouldnt that take time to load every one of them?

When you're not skirmishing, empty them. When you are, fill them.
I have 12 and I manage to load all of them in under 5 minutes with a speedloader. I even have to load the speedloader about 5 times.
I think you're thinking about stuff too much. Just go airsofting and you'll get a better idea of how it all works out.

Don't think I quite understand the question to be honest. Sufficed to say they'll be fine staying loaded up with the springs compressed during a skirmish day, you just don't want to leave them like that for weeks/months in storage.
To break it down simply, what I (and everyone else I know/have ever seen) does it bomb up all your mags with your speed-loader before the first game and during each break, then put them in to your pouches ready to use. Exactly the same as you would 'for real' as it were.

I've left all mine fully loaded for 3 weeks between skirmishes before, completely forgot about them, and they all still feed fine.

A couple of weeks isn't too bad and it's going to depend on the brand you buy, the exact capacity etc. Fact is however, leave mags loaded too long and the springs will get f'd eventually, and it could happen sooner or it could happen later, but you've got no way to tell how soon (or late) it'll happen to your mags, so why take that risk for the sake of spending 30 seconds to pull the detent aside and unload the rounds back in to the bag/bottle?
You can do it with RS mags, those can be left loaded for literally 5-6+ years and work fine, but those springs are a totally different type to the ones in an airsoft mid-cap.
