Specna H12 buffer tube and stock replacement

So my specna H12 has a slightly different stock tube it appears the retention part that holds the stock in as you extend and retract is deeper set that my other aeg and the sling plate has a bigger opening and the buffer tube actually passes through it instead of sitting on top.

I want to install my new CTR stock but it wobbles about. Can I just install a normal type buffer tube?
