Shoulder pads

After some advice really. Does anyone have any recommendations on some shoulder padding for a plate carrier? Seen some in America but postage is a bit ridiculous and need them soon ideally. I run a coyote brown shellback banshee. The front and rear plates connect at the top of the shoulder where all the weight pulls and it's not padded. Between mags, radio and hpa tank it's getting heavy especially during a long day. If someone could point me in the direction of something for a decent price it would be greatly appreciated.
