Salient arms hi capa 1911/2011

Hello guys just wondering what your thoughts are on the sai ds 1911/2011. Ie accuracy durability function ect ect. From people in the know. It’ll be a cqb primarily and a back up too. Thanks in advance mark.

I owned one for a week.

Blow back is nice, accuracy is good enough BUT despite them saying it’s CNC machined Aluminium, it isn’t, it’s cast.

The fit of the slide and rear safety does not justify the price imho.

I paid £230 for my mine with one mag, sold it the next week for £150. TM Hi-Capa (which I’ve also owned) is a better, and cheaper, pistol.
