Safari land Pancake Holster with Glock 17

I've recently bought a leather Safariland holster for my Marui Glock 17. Its pretty tight fitting, is the Marui bigger than its real-steel counterpart and is there anything I can do to stretch the holster? Or should I have bought a bigger holster? ?

just leave the gun in the holster for a while.

if you're impatient then heat can help but tbh it's easier just to let it wear in naturally.

Yep, TM is fatter than the RS. 

You can reform it with very hot/boiling water, but don’t damage the gun!
