SA Daniel Defence M18 firing pattern wild

Hi - I don’t know if I’ve used the terminology right but my M18 is sending bbs all over the shop and I’ve tried tweaking the hop but it hasn’t really made any difference. What should I be looking for if I open her up? Also if I do dismantle it will it cause any agro with the mosfet as I’ve heard some horror stories so a bit nervous but wanna give it a go so any advice would be appreciated

If it was shooting OK then started acting up its likely the hop rubber is damaged.

Luckily you don't need to open the gearbox to fix so just search YT for a video showing how to get the inner barrel and hop unit out.

have you added anything on the front-end like a suppressor?

bb's clipping a muzzle device will send them everywhere.

Thanks folks. No not added anything to this one yet. Luckily I’ve got a maple leaf hop rubber so if it’s that I can swap it out. Thanks again !

How bad is 'all over the shop'?

At what range?

Using what ammo?

0.25g bbs

up to probably 30m visible going right and left under low wind conditions. I’m testing this weekend as I’ve cleaned it up and checked the bucking I think I may have nailed it
