am keen to chat with anyone who has done a Russian loadout and get the info on best places to buy it all from....

will soon be in in possession of a VSS so want to build around it basically

Use the search tool, 3 character minimum length, and read through results. For example, "russia" get this:

I would recommend looking/joining  the Northern Pact Facebook page, the members have an encyclopedic knowledge on all things Russian Military and they can point you in the right direction on where to buy kit.
