I have heard both good things and bad things with regards to communication. Real business, but pitfalls of a startup.

Judging by the fact that the owners of this "company" are listed as health care workers my assumption would be that they have full time jobs doing something else and check in on their company once a week all too common with people trying to make an easy buck selling stuff.

I actually had a really long phone conversation with the owner, seemed pleasant and knowledgeable. Said he’d call me back but didn’t, but that by no means is anything that I’ve not had from any retailer I trust anyway. 
 

He’s only 15 minutes from me so I’m planning on popping in at some time this week and I’ll report back!

I wouldn’t go near them has I know couple people he owes money to has they both bought guns that never turned up and now they can’t get hold of him and can’t find his website.
