So same old story then , Royal gone to shit and what’s going on …. Oh … actually it wasn’t Royal Mail after all ???

 
Well it was still RM fault that they took 4 days to tell me that the pistage was incorrect, they could have done that on day 1 and it would have then been delivered within its timescale
