Benelli MR1 (airsoft version RX4??)

FNAR Browning

IZHMACH Saiga M3

if so they need to be 6mm ball bearing size.

Magazine loaded

Semi auto if possible.

fully working replica

if you know of these types of airsoft weapon system please reply with a webiste I can look at or a contact number I can call.

Edit: Wrong Saiga, I'm sure you could custom an M3 from an AK105 though.
