Replacement for fairy power spray

Hi guys,

I was recently using fairy power spray to remove my two tone blue paint when I ran out, so I bought a new bottle, but it seems fairy have changed their recipe. Due to this it doesn't work anymore and am hesitant on trying new products on my gun as it's body is plastic and I'm over protective. 

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could suggest a new method of removal that works on plastic.
