Removing Krylon from RICAS

Hi, I just bought a s/h Warrior RICAS and it has been sprayed with Krylon by the previous owner to turn it from Tan to a camo of some sort! I have tried washing it on a 60deg wash with plain detergent but didn't remove it. Thought about using Drylon Pre Dye or maybe Vanish crystals!

What are your thoughts, or do I buy a can of sand Krylon and spray the whole vest!?

I've krylon'd some of my pouches and I find that it just wears off after a while, after that I would recommend just scraping it off..
