Rains stops play, damn it!

Spent a good few hours last night charging batteries and getting kit ready. Wake up early this morning to find that the weather has postponded my first Pew Pew session of the new year.

Still, even with a good layer of gortex it probably would have been a quagmire out there and rather unpleasant.

Anyone else get to play today?

Yeah, no rain here but was a complete quagmire, slipped and fell on me arse at one point.

Didnt really put much into it, just an off day i guess.

Yep, pissed it down Sat..so site was a tad muddy....but lovely sunny day.  (I can't see the leather of my boots for the mud)

No running around like a loon as very slippery...but still nice to get out and pew.

Woke up Sunday AM to the rain hammering down.

Drove to site and rain stopped, got gun out and went to start zeroeing in and chrono and the heavens opened. By 11AM all was sunny and bright.
