Luckily got some positive feedback from the original type 97 manufacturer in China, a collaborative project of T97b GBB becomes very possible now. If a GBB T97b and a QBU-88 come to this market, which manufactured by original t97 manufacturer, featured a GHK quality mag, will you have interest in it ? which one will be more expected? Please share your idea about this potential project. Thank you.

Sniff sniff , do I detect the essence of bullshitery ? ?

There was talk and a video of a gbb type 97  by Hephaestus customs but nothing has come to pass.  Good luck trying to get QBU-88 the only airsoft manufacturer who had a design concept was Real Sword and there were rumors and speculations that they were stopped from releasing it because of the Chinese government put a stop to it other say that was too expensive to produce and a bit of a niche weapon. you might get more interest in this group https://www.facebook.com/groups/FarEastMilSim/

Not at all interested because I am not a fan of communist guns.

Thanks for the links. The RS QBU88 project was actually die from high charge on production and poor order volume from distributors. The manufacturer ask 2000pcs/yr minimum to keep the production for RS, which is tooooo much for a super niche gun.

Yes, it a shame that it would cost so much but RS definitely make AEG of superior quality to other manufacturers in my opinion.   RS also had a number of other projects such as the type95 conversion kit and the QBB-95 lsw that look really good but like you said its niche market, but I would be very interested to see what you have or do.
