plug in mosfets, are they any good?

Just trying to expand my understanding of lipo's and gun upgrades etc, and while on eBay I found some plug in mosfets, where you just plug them in before the battery ...... sounds good ... but is it too good to be true?? <_< <_<

Also what mosfets are you running??

I've never had the experience of owning one but I've heard stories of a few burning up after a few games before, just look around and find one from a known manufacturer with good reviews and no known issues
