Piston heads for the TM meu and G17

Hi all.

I need new piston heads for my TM 1911 meu and glock 17.

Not sure if the piston heads are the same for the m1911,meu and glock 17?

I was looking at this that and it says it's for m1911 and g17.

But this one is the same product but does say it's for the g17.
