Photos from the field

Some pictures including yours truly from Operation Bolshevik at Blue Streak Airsoft. Was a themed day (Russian invasion of a fictional country) - obviously I was on the Russian side haha. Highlight of the day was jumping off the APC pictured in the middle of a firefight (sadly no pics of that).

Russian side including the Bolsheviks (of which I'm a member) and Spetzgruppa (sorry if misspelled) teams as well as a few of the regulars who wanted to be on the winning side haha:

Ok geoffrey, be honest here- how many people ran away when they saw the rifle? :D

 
I'd hope none, people always talk about intimidation factors of big guns, lmgs and the sorts but in reality they're all very similar.

no one really got close enough to run away, but I did overhear rather panicked shouts of "Barrett guy is behind that bunker" or my personal favorite "Barrett is pointing at you, GET DOWN" :)

it was great fun

 
No shouts of "an EOTech? On a Barrett? He'll never hit anything" then?

They were scared of living the famous quote again:

"what are you men hiding from? They couldn't hit an elephant from th-"

Something to do with the first production rifle deployed to a warzone i believe.

2 days of D Day fun in Wales :)

 
About 60ish. There would have been more but the weather forecast was really bad. Turned out to be hot and sunny, the 2nd pic everyone looks hot and sweaty, the game hadn't even started yet.

 
I was not expecting you to say that many, its an impressive shot with the cliffs in the background.
