It wasn't that bad Sam i enjoyed it even though our team got our backsides kicked all day lol.

Yes if it was that bad you should balance teams or run games that were not fixed team based, eg Rourke's Drift

The teams were changed quite a few times, but a lot of people had to leave early etc so the teams needed reshuffling all the time

Teams got changed, games got changed. People walked off site in a huff, i got verbally abused.

I don't tend to react well to people verbally abusing me and telling me how to do my job. A PTW came very close to going in a small dark place in it owners body.

I think the marshals did their usual great job, beyond a slight communications mix up lol

In this case i think Sam may mean "Play To Win", meaning a high aggression winning the game is the only objective style of play whereas many of the members of the opposing team took a more relaxed "we're here to have a laugh" philosophy of play.

yea when those two groups collide it can be difficult to sort out

For me I don't mind not winning every game, I know its not possible to win every game and sometimes luck is against you. But what does annoy me is if you have people who are clearly not interested in playing, just chatting at the spawn etc as its effectively one siding the teams and disadvantaging you.

One of the reason the Rourke's drift game is one of my favourite as the teams are constantly changing so it takes out the people who CBA to do anything

This sin't so much in game but pre game, RIFTsim 2014 Delta Team:

(lets play spot Nick :D )

One of me from the aforementioned day's gaming

Quickly took this one yesterday at The Fort in Fife.

It was sunny for once (in Scotland, it is a real rarity!)
