PEQ Battery Box Alternative?!

Hey

So i have a VFC 416C and wondering if there is anyalternative to a battery peq box, while still being front wired.  I have seen that brainexploder makes a grip that cost £55, before shipping, and evike do an echo1 grip, that is $34 before shipping to the UK, Has anyone come up with a simple, or cheap solution to no using the peq box?

I have seen on our local site people use cable ties to cable it around the front of the gun... Looks aweful in my opinion, but each to their own, there is also a pouch I believe you can buy that attaches to the receiver and you place it in there.. I myself haven't used or got one.
