P90 tappet plate

P90 is missfeeding, the air nozel isn't accepting BB's and keeps locking forward, I've heard this is quite common and due to a broken tappet plate (which I know moves the nozel back and forth?

Any help would be appreciated, as I've never delved into a gearbox before.

Fitted a new one yesterday, still seems to be doing the same thng. Air nozel keeps sticking forward and blocking the hole to accept bbs into the gun, any ideas guys? Nothings got any cracks, gearbox went back together fine, everythings greased and working smoothly, I'm completely stuck.

It's a version 6 gearbox if that helps anyone.

I have heard story's of the piston's slamming forward and doing this but never seen it before

Try lubing the runner the tappet plate moves along, it could be excess friction. DO NOT use oil for this. Use Lithium grease (Or if you don't have any, silicone grease).
