One piece solid cylinder and piston head

Hi all. As the title suggests, im looking to see if anyone has used and can give me some feedback on a one piece cylinder and cylinder head; both are milled from one piece of metal;see image

Are they any good or am I better off just getting a double O ring piston head? 

All feedback from those with experience is welcome.
