Unfortunately the majority of items no longer show on tactical optician however I've managed to find an online retailer based in Wales with good reviews that can do this service from a mere £6.99 depending on the lens package you have.

I dropped them an email about the inserts, they said they do quiet a few of them and are classed under the full rim service which starts at the £6.99 price. I hope this helps.
