small problem on the flash hider front - It's a clockwise thread (not the standard for airsoft)

so, do any snazzy clockwise threaded flash hiders exist, or is there an adapter you can get?

You can get adapters, just have to make sure you get it the right way around:

OK, so everything has arrived (except the flash hider) and is now fully assembled

Here is the reason why I could not continue with the VN reciever:

(this will be continued over seevral posts due to image sizes)

on the first picture, the 2 parts should be joined together, they support the rear of the gun - snapped clean off.

on the second picture id the obvious lack of anything for the front pin to go through, but look at the left hand side, there is a thin black line. That is another crack the runs ALL the way round the barrel.

in the first pic is the whole thing, very nice weapon, got some weight to it, but skirmishable quite happily.

front end is a G&P M5 RAS system, no barrel wobble on it at all cost about £110

body is a G&P Zombie killer metal body, simply awesome, trades are way too cool, cost me £75

stock and pistol grip are from the old marui

inside is the old marui reciever with a G&P hop up unit and nub with madbull black python 6.03 barrel and red 60 degree rubber

fire selector is:

Safe - Pray

Semi - Psalm

Auto - Asperges (latin for PURGE, and by god, does it with my ROF)

the serial number is unique to my reciever

and the Eotech replica has full eotech trades, red and green holo's

everything went together fairly easily which is always nice (some filing was involved on the stock)

sorry it's a bit lacking in detail but everything was delted and i HAD written quite a lot T_T

PS: The flash hider is on it's way, pics of that when it is attatched

If it wasn't for the zombie hunter trades, I'd say it reminds me of the M16 from MW2 ( :lol: )

How's the EoTech? I'm pretty tempted to get one for the Saytie.

eotech's great, it has SOME ghosting (i'll try and get pics) but it's nothing too bad/offputting

Yeah, Miss my M16+ love foregrips so add the 2 together and you get total awesomeness,

Speaking of new armalites,

Here she is looking pretty stock,

Plan to put a L119A1 Barrel extenstion on there which will bring me to a 16" barrel (just over a normal m4 length)

Plan on getting a recoil bad, but need to try one before I buy one.

Gonna stick an acog on there / some RDS

And try and get a UKSF front sight.

TM Stock (much better than the stock CA IMHO)

Dboys Grip and PEQ (Plan on replacing with G&P if i get the cheap / find one cheap enough)

Will get some pics of her in the upcoming weeks.

The cable tie if you missed it eliminates any wobble and looks the part imo gives it more feel plan on weathing it up a bit.
