Hi all,

I've got a brand new SA edge, and there's an issue with the trigger on full auto. It feels like something is catching when squeezing the trigger with the fire selector on full auto, but if I keep squeezing the trigger will click then continue to move. It does this with and without the battery connected.

I just want to check to see if there is an easy solution or if I'm missing something before getting in touch with the retailer.

Edit: looks like it's related to the cutoff lever. Back to the retailer it goes

Yeah, the key words in your post there are brand new.

While it's disappointing to hear, and even worse to get a new gun that plays up, if it's new, get it back to the retailer as soon as possible and don't open it up :)

Could be something as easy as a trigger spring with any luck.

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't expecting there to be a quick 'switch it off and on again' type fix, but I thought I'd try anyway!

There goes my plans for a game this weekend.

I feel your pain my evo arrived broken and I had to go through the same issue. Frustrating but get it fixed by the retailer while you can.

As above take it back, airsoft warrenties are bad at the best of times but there's no excuse for broken out of the box

All sorted with a return for repair/replacement. Thanks for the advice.
