New M4 hop unit

I am going to get a new hop unit for my G&P vltor sentry and i cannot decide on which one, i excluded madbull due to knowing others not getting any better results with it but i find these and i would like your opinions on which would give the best range and accuracy. Cheers.

It's not so much the unit, it's the rubber and nub that give you the performance. Have you changed those already?

No i don't belive i have how do you install the nub and what rubber do you recommend ?

Well it's a tricky one because there's shed loads out there and 2 guns of the same model from the same manufacturer can behave differently with different hop parts.

As a general rule; Firefly, Prometheus and Guarder would be good brands to look out for. At UK FPS limits you'll want a 'soft' bucking, hard rubbers are for higher FPS limits.

the prometheus hop up chamber is highly rated. the prowin and madbull ultimate are very similar designs and perform well. however, as said most of the hop performance is down to the hop up rubber and nub. best in my opinion is an Rhop with an "m" nub, although guarder rubbers seem highly rated.

Liam has just installed a R hop into his M16 and when testing the other day it was over hopping .36's so they are good,
