My holographic scope too low, what to do?

Hi guys, I got a brand new holographic (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330748328144?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649). Fitted it and tried it in game...had to tilt my gun to see through it...in the end, I just stopped using it all together. A guy told me to get a rail raiser (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-low-profile-scope-raiser-mount-for-weaver-rail-00927-/170686352902?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27bdb30e06) is this what he was talking about?

I got a scope shield in front of it to stop it getting shot out. If I buy the item above, would I be able to fit both the scope and the shield on it together?

If thats not what I am supposed to do, how do I see through the scope?

That's what he was talking about, but if you have a carrying handle you could get one of these: https://www.wolfarmo...product&id=NB06 I'm sure if you search around you can find that for much cheaper, I was just using it as an example.

thanks dude. But does it actually work? I don't want to order it, get my hopes up and find...no joy with my holographic again. I was so looking forward to using it in game as well...

Work? Yeah, you just screw it on to your rail, and screw the sight onto the riser...but I have no clue whether it'll be high enough/too high. unfortunately I think It may be a case of "you won't know until you try"

It says in the description it raises the scop an inch. Why not try holding your scope an inch above the rail and see what it looks like!
