Mtw not firing

Good evening, was hoping someone can help fix an issue im having, so I put the inferno xts and a new solenoid in my mtw, the problem is its still doing the same thing that made me change the engine in the first place. It shoots as if its being starved of air till the point were the air leaks out constantly. Before I got the new Engine, wolverine said it sounded like the solenoid was faulty and replace. So when I did this I heard great things about the inferno so I got that as well. The regulator is the storm cat five and works with my sons mtw and hpa tapped gbbr so im at a loss, any help would be appreciated.
