Milspec Solutions; any good?

Just a general question. Has anyone used them before? Recommend them? Found something on their website that has caught my eye, and doing my due diligence homework seen a few mixed reviews.

So just wondering if anyone has any experience with them!

I've not had any issues with them, they're typically expensive as heck though. I'd suggest shopping around before ordering

They can be a bit pricey, as above, but I've always had a good experience with them. Their service is good if you have any questions pre or post purchase, and they seem to ship on time.

Yup, I’ve had good service from them
I’d ordered a couple of bits, and they sent me an email asking if I was sure as both parts weren’t compatible with each other.
A problem avoided and a good reflection of customer service in my eyes

Anyone remember the old emails floating around with his... unique... attitude to customer services?
I suspect whiskey was also involved.

I don't use them much (only buying kit not rifs) but I've never had any problems

Only had a few straight forward bits from them and it was a reasonable experience.

However others have reported (albeit a long time ago) some pretty poor examples of customer service from them. In their defence it was earlier days of gas and the sheer number of morons asking the same questions again and again probably contributed, I can't imagine being a small business with niche stock is easy sometimes.

They never seem to have any stock, I have used them for GHK AK mags in the past and other bits but they dont seem very active these days,.

I've used them quite alot over the years , parts and RIFs and I've never had a single issue and always found them helpful.
