Message About authentification? Feels scammy

Got a message asking me to authenticate my account with only four members in, the sender is a new account and its asking me to verify who i am using one of my debit cards, feels dodgy as hell. anyone else had this and knows if it genuine?

Number 1 way to spot a scam is the URLs inside it, always mouse over them to see where they lead, always check usernames and associated email paths
