Tried to get a Marushin Mateba but its been declined and sent back. despite me having a UKARA wtf why? I want a Mateba is that so fucking hard an ask?

 
As Tackle deep breath. Was it sent back buy uk customs. Did you request that the seller put your ukara details on the outside of the package?

Be thankful it was sent back. Border Force could have just seized and destroyed it. What did the seller describe it as on the customs paperwork and/or package? 

I can speak from experience when I say being UKARA registered doesn't save you if they put "toy part - $10".

It actually needs to be declared as RIF for UKARA to come into play.
