Making my MP5 quieter

Hey all,

After playing my last game i've realized that i play mostly on my own i break away from the groups and end up behind enemy lines

I have a Asg MK23 Socom Pistol i use and love it great for the silent kill

My question is: what steps can i take my make my MP5 quieter? i heard you can forn your gearbox and do something with the piston.

Has anyone done this before? i'm not looking for a ultra quiet gun just something that i could use without giving away my location.

I tend to sit there and watch the enemy walk by and not open fire cos the nosie of my mp5

a good mock silencer with foam will get rid of most of the sound of the bb being fired or at least muffle it but i think the gear box would have be surrounded in sound proofing foam to quieten the gear sound but i am unsure about how you would do that hopefully a more tech experienced person will answer that but with a good mock silencer they shouldn't be able to hear you at 25 m away as it will muffle the sound i used to have a tm mp5 sd5 and the silencer did a great job at muffling the sound and most of the time people at a range away had no idea they were being shot at until they were hit
