£11.99 minus £9.00 wholesale = £2.99 profit. Take off the contribution to general costs and they are not exactly ripping off the punters, are they?

Nothing says "We stand by our products 100%, and the warranty is completely transferrable" like not having a physical contact address, or saying one word about transferability of the warranty.
