M1 Garand Mosfet options

Used my ICS m1 garand for the first time today and I am in absolute love, however I had it lock up on me a few times.

I want to fit it with a better barrel and hop set up anyway, but curious what in-line mosfets people are using these days for "dmr" builds. Normally I'd stick a gate titan in, but that's not possible with this ?

Edit/Update: Went with the warfet as found a video of it working with an ics garand and did exactly what I was looking for!

Being able to pull the trigger and the gearbox not locking up, contact resistance and a good trigger response. Nothing special
