Looking for a rail thingy...

A while ago I saw an ad for some thingies that were designed to connect two 20mm rails together, so you could hang something with a rail on top from the under rail of an RIS. They were sort of like the bit that moves to clamp basic 20mm mounts, but the same on both sides with a bolt between them.

Unfortunately I can't for the life of me remember where I saw them now, or even anything about the webpage... Does anyone know what I'm talking about and/or what they are called? If anyone knows where to get them, that would be a bonus.

There must be some use for it, since it is obviously worth manufacturing, but I can't for the life of me imagine what that use might be.

I'm thinking about ways to connect a shotgun to the underside rail of my G36K - I'm not sure what else they're used for. Probably scopes, lasers, cameras, BB sheilds for optics etc.

They're a bit freakin' pricey!

I might get one with a small RIS rail to put a BB shield on my Contour though, so they're certainly a handy thing to have.

Yeah Ed, taking the piss to be fair, but nice and neat when compared to cable ties, gaffer tape, or jubilee clips.
