I think so, might be just a glitch & worth signing out & back in, the equivalent of turning it off & on again?

Signed out, cleared browser cache. No joy.

Either it has fixed itself or perhaps its a 24 hour timer from when you reach the limit, because now I can leave reacts again and it was about this time last night when things got... busy.
