I traded a full systema internalled, magnesium bodied PSG-1 for a vector and have never been so disappointed in my life. Had a PTS mega arms 308 and a USP tactical. £1000+ in kwa stuff and all of it was below average in terms of performance. Tm and VFC gbbr’s Run rings around them in my experience 

Has to be said they aren't the best in their stock form but a couple tweaks and they're a lovely gun to use ?

Thanks most of the comments above compound what I was trying to portray.

All the 'upgrade' parts in the world don't necessarily make a bad design good.

Thats great to hear the AE hop unit allows use of a conventional GBB bucking, but if the alignment or hop application isn't right it still won't shoot well.

Not saying it isn't cock on but a lot of upgrades fall short because of the latter.

No there isn't anything stopping you being a cheat and using the MTR to shoot with but what does that gain you, other than justification of a previous claim, it's not like you're selling the AE product

I was just excited by your statement and would love to see it in action!

Hello all.!

I need a kwa kriss vector expert.

My weapon doesnt shoot well.In fact it doesnt shoot at all.When I pull the charging handle most of the time my bolt stais stuck back.Its not stuck on the bolt catch.Its further behind that.I cant seem to find where its getting caught.I cleaned and lubed eveything.

Hey, anyone know where I could find a 22rd short mag for my KWA. Only thing I need to do to complete one of my KWA's is get a tapped drum but all short versions are out of stock as the 22rd mag is very rare. Thanks for your help.

Tapp sold all of theirs to Evike, there are no new short mags left new as far as I know, and I’ve done a lot of looking.

Working in this myself at the moment.

Tapp have a “bounty” they’ll pay of $75 dollars a mag for the 22 round mags, I MIGHT know somebody who’ll part with one, but I doubt it will be for less than £100.

Why not cut a long mag down if you want to build a drum mag?

Hi guys, recently took ownership of a vector, exact model linked below

and as you can see the barrel sticks out of the end once the mock suppressor is taken off. I want to run it with my own tracer in mainly cqb venues, now would I encounter any problems in taking the barrel back to the thread?

Is that the Canadian spec model?

Might be worth asking on the Krytac Technical forum, typically for an AEG the barrel length is matched to the piston for optimum performance, BUT as this is the KWA gas blow back thread, you might get a more comprehensive answer from the AEG sub-forum lol

I'll soon be putting my KWA kriss vector up for sale as I am looking to move onto something a little different. I'm aware of what the gun is roughly worth however I also have a KRISS vector hard case to sell. I've been looking around and can't seem to find them anywhere - does anyone know roughly how much the case would be worth so I can get a rough estimate?
