I really like the look of this loadout because it doesn't look too heavy or baggy. Im currently in the library so cant put the sound on to hear all the details of what he has and even if I could i probably wouldnt understand so your guys simplified descriptions and perhaps handy links may be more useful :) Thanks for any help

essentially what the guy said was "basically" and "obviously" a lot. He also came off as a bit of a douche.

I finally got to listen to it now haha if you think that is bad watch his 'my loadout has changed click here to see the update' he turns into mr cocky 'legit' canadian military man. i like that vest though but im worried about these being one size fits all im only 5 foot 7 so are they adjustable?

height isn't the issue with vests and suchlike, it's girth! most tactical gear is made for soldiers (shocker!) who tend to be a bit bigger built than your average joe.

If you're short and skinny I wouldn't go for that particular type of vest, get something like a tactical tailor mini MAV or similar, I think blackhawk! do a smaller chest rig too.

your a legend! thanks
No worries dude, glad it helped out

Spot on. The Mini Mav is a great alternative for smaller chaps; like a customisable Chicom chest rig.
