Another vote for "What problem does QD solve that the existing mount doesn't"? Other than possibly that you already own a QD sling and don't want another one. 

Urban ERT do a one/two point sling that will use the existing mount point and you can choose whether you want to use an HK hook or fabric with a QR buckle. I'm sure there are many similar by other sling manufacturers. 

I've got a legit HK 3 point but I don't tend to use it because I've previously found that the metal mid body hook above the magwell that you use to carry it in port arms and then punch forward tends to be weak on airsoft guns. 

Instead I usually run one of the HK bungee slings. Which seem a bit overpriced for what they are, but it works okay given how light the thing is and that you're usually not patrolling with it. HK hook does chew up the paintwork on the sling mount a bit though. 

As everyone else has said, the answer to the original question is "get someone else to buy it and ship it to you".

FMA clone of the Magpul MS3 sling works beautifully with my MP5.

Fits the QD criteria, when set up as a single point and connects directly to the HK rear mount. £20 ?‍
