Hk416 Silencer Removal

Hi folks,

does anyone have any clue as to how to remove the stubby end bit off from the silencer for a TM Devgru?

feel like I’m gonna thread it so thought it’s best to just ask!

Looks like it screws off, just make sure you're turning it the right way. Video here of it being put on and taken off (should start at 3:18).

I think the thread is probably shagged in that case as it definitely doesn’t budge ?
