Never ordered online but been into their store a few times, they are a nice helpful bunch. Always walk out with my wallet significantly lighter than it started
had a handful of orders, no issue (2-3) over a 4-5 weeks period.
Then 1 order, £80, nothing, I almostly completely forgot till i came back to project (6-7 days later), chased, i never got an email back and then the parts arrived couple days later.
HPA is one of my go to sites for accessories I’ve had a few items listed in stock at the time of purchasing not be in stock in reality but always sorted by them in a timely manner
Dialled them up today to have a browse and their website is currently closed with this message thought it might be useful to all that use them
We will be right back

The whole "Our DPD got hacked and parcels got rerouted" seems a bit... Sketchy.
I may be wrong but I didn't think DPD or any shipping company would be able to redivert a parcel to a different address unless it was a neighbour, even if it came from the "sender" themselves?
