I fitted a systema M130 to my L85 yesterday. (before anyone asks - It's converted to a single shot DMR hence the high spring rates)
Before I fitted it I checked the length of the new spring against the ICS M120 that I took out and they were exactly the same length. Both were 170mm approx.
I fired a few shots on semi only (about 10) to make sure all was well.
Today, I removed the new spring and it is 15mm shorter than it was when new yesterday. It measures at just over 155mm.
Is this normal or is something FUBAR'd?
